2006 Day Package
- Includes Videography Package*** & The Video Wall!
- Unlimited music & reception services up to midnight.
- Setup prior to guests arrival.
- 4 VJ's
- Unlimited Music Library of CD's & DVD's.
- Lit Archway
- Reception Programs
- Premium Light & Effects Show (Bubble Machine & Hazer were applicable.)
- ***The Videography Package: We videotape your ceremony and key moments of the reception onto a mini-dvd that you take home at the end of the night. It is a professional quality video that captures the most important moments of your day.
- Limited refundable deposit 25% down.
VJ Package
- Unlimited number of hours up to midnight.
- Includes reception.
- Setup prior to guests arrival.
- Unlimited Video Library.
- Premium light package.
- Three DJ's.
- Limited refundable 1/3 down.
Traditional DJ Package
- Maximum of 4 hours of dance music ending at midnight.
- Limited Library
- Limited Lights
- 2 DJ's
- Setup within the hour before we start.
- Non-refundable 50% down
Every client will have two meetings with The Beat. The first meeting will be with the Sales Director to sign your contract and discuss any details about your event. The second meeting will be with your DJ for your event. At that time he will discuss music selections and the schedule of events if applicable.
